Game Description:
'Carcassonne' is a simple strategy board game which appeals to families and serious games players alike.
The game 'board' is made up of a series of tiles which are laid by each player during their turn. This means that the board layout is different each time you play, ensuring that the game is never the same twice!
Players compete to build roads, medieval towns, and farms by laying tiles and placing their wooden 'followers' on the roads, towns or farms that they think will score the most. What makes this more difficult is that each playher only has 8 followers, and once placed on the board they are 'trapped' until the road etc. is completed!
