Game Description:
The Great Game of Britain' is a nostalgic race around the historic railway networks of Britain.
Take your 6 secret destination tickets and get ready for the trip. The person who gets from London to their six mystery destinations, collects the relevant souvenir cards, and returns to London first will be the winner. It could be Aberystwyth or Aberdeen, Scarborough or Salisbury, Durham or Dover - you won't know until the tickets have been issued and the race is on.
You must watch out for hazards. Every time you change network, you must take a hazard card. This could send you to the other end of the country! Then there's the station closures - roll a 6 and you can close the station of your choice. The bad news is that so can your opponents!
This 'Deluxe' version of the game comes packaged in an attractive tin and contains revised cards and metal playing pieces. With the same 'easy to learn' rules as the original, this great game is sure to remain a family favourite for many years.
